SOJO has been awarded "Zhongguancun Top 100 Potential Company".

In December, SOJO was becoming a group company consisted by around 10 companies.
SOJO has strategically purchased Wuxi Power Transformer Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yiyong Meier Technology Co., Ltd., Yingli Rongchuang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. And SOJO also invested Tianjin Donggao Membrane Tech. Co., Ltd. And set up Beijie New Energy Co., Ltd., Nanjie New Energy Co., Ltd. and New technology R&D centre.

SOJO Group was officially established, marking the implementation of a group-based management structure.
With approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Company completed a rights issue from July 24 to July 31, 2017, offering 1.5 new shares for every 10 shares held.
